Straight answers.
- Is my financial data safe?
- Yes. Every row lives in the EU on a SOC 2 Type 2 provider, encrypted at rest. Access is scoped per-row to your household; even Stewrd staff cannot browse your data without a logged, documented reason.
- Do you sell my data or run ads?
- Neither. Stewrd's revenue is subscriptions and voluntary donations. No ad networks, no data brokers, no tracking pixels.
- Do I need a paid plan to use the giving tracker?
- No. The giving tracker works on every tier, including the free one. Giving is Stewrd's core, not an upsell.
- What banks are supported for CSV import?
- Nordea, OP, and Danske Bank today. Any other bank's CSV works through a column-mapping wizard you set up once and reuse.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes, any time, on every tier. Full JSON or CSV export. Data portability is your right, not a feature.
- Is Stewrd only for Christians?
- Stewrd is for anyone who wants principled, intentional financial management. The stewardship framing is honest about its faith roots, and the tools work for everyone.
